How do I enroll in a course?
Open the “Courses” page, choose a course, click Enroll, sign in or create an account, and complete the payment. Access appears in your profile right after payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa/Mastercard cards and Apple Pay/Google Pay. For companies we can issue an invoice upon request.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days after purchase if you completed less than 20% of the course. Email us at info@courses-czu.online and we’ll help.
Where can I see the schedule?
Each course page shows start dates and live sessions. After enrollment, your personal schedule appears in the profile calendar.
Do you issue certificates?
Yes. After completing a course, you can download a personalized PDF certificate from your profile.
